Thank you so very much always for reading and offering such thoughtful feedback. I’m glad that you find meaning in my issues to apply to your own daily living. This also tells you that all of us have life situations we deal with that are shared with everyone else. Thank you for participating in the Meridian sessions. I will miss our sessions, too! Thank you for all your well wishes I send you blessings of food health, love, peace and joy today and always!
Celeste, you never cease to amaze me with your wise words. You are spot on about others not being able to love themselves and how that should not negatively affect us. Your family is so fortunate to have you in their lives.
I’m always grateful that you take the time to read my newsletters and for sharing such thoughtful words. This particular topic has been less challenging in the last several years in that now when people do and say inappropriate things directed towards me, I immediately remind myself that they are just not happy people and were not loved as much as they needed to be, or that they are feeling old wounds the present moment has triggered for them. We then become less emotionally affected, our cortisol levels of stress remain low, and because we remain at peace, we can be more focused with our decisions. Good things also find you when you are at peace.
Thank you so much for the newsletter you post Dr Amaya 🙏 truly makes my mind think and process things differently…
I will miss our meridian session! Good luck on your new relocation 🌸Agatha
